Where Education and Inspiration Meet
Isabel is a student at Seattle Pacific University studying Music Therapy and Psychology. The potential of music to help her express herself as well as a place to find comfort was a great motivator in her first learning to play the piano. She has been playing the piano for 12 years, eventually receiving a piano scholarship to SPU. Her love for music theory drove her to major in music, where she discovered music therapy and its potential in helping all kinds of people. In addition to the piano, she plays the guitar, ukulele, and is a part of the Concert Choir at SPU. As a teacher, she strives to equip each student with the tools they need to grow. She is particularly excited to help students find their voices as musicians and to find their love for making music.
